This is such a pretty mindfulness necklace. I didn't realize until I opened the box that this is so very customizable. It comes in a metal box, that includes cards that has instructions and mindfulness messages, three different types of chains, some refill pads for essential oils, different cap choices. You can wear just the breathing tube portion and not add the essential oil holder. Which is what I do. I'm a chronic breath holder, and while I don't always use it for breathing, its presence is a reminder to breathe. it has enough weight to serve as a reminder, but it's not so weighty that it becomes uncomfortable. For all the customization options, this has great value for money. It's priced roughly the same amount of other breathing reminder necklaces, but you are basically getting two. Overall, it's a beautiful and functional necklace.

The gem bottle is beautiful. However, the bottle leaks no matter how tight the cap is on. Disappointed that I continue to get a wet bag or purse. Andbalanced reached out to me and is sending me a new gem bottle. Great customer service!
Good quality pendant, I'm petite and it fits me perfectly on the longest loop of the chain. Good to have a breath focusing fidget to distract me when needed. I don't exhale through it, I inhale and it gives a soft sound of wind. Nice!

I bought this to help with my anxiety. I got my husband the black version, too. I've used mine so much. It's so relaxing, comforting... just all around a great tool. It's small, about the size of a dog whistle. But it's just a metal tube. No extra holes to turn it into a whistle.
I got this one because of the curved mouthpiece. I like using it for a few deep breaths before sleep, when I'm feeling particularly anxious, or even just when I feel like I need some satisfying deep breaths.
I could see how this might be good for people trying to quit smoking. It would definitely replace the motion of it, but instead you'd just be breathing air. It's also super convenient that you can wear it on a chain around your neck.
Mine came with two different chains--a standard silver one and one in the same color of the device. I love this thing. If I ever lose it, I'll definitely order it again. Great quality item.
This is an excellent product. It has very good resistance when exhaling. It is also very lightweight. The chain gives you up to three different length options which is very handy. I highly recommend. Please note that in order to quit smoking, you must first want to quit smoking. No product will work if you're not in the right mindset.
