I Like it so far

Ive been sleeping with it under my legs in bed. I have woken up before my alarm the last two days. It has a 15 foot cord, which is great because itll reach just about anywhere and its easy to wipe clean.

great for working at home

I work inside a lot so I've been looking for a mat like this for a while. Its easy to use and I think it works well. It feels like a good material so it will last a while and not wear down easily. It's also a good thickness but not too thick. I can use it while I sit on the couch or when I'm working at my desk. Its a good value for the price.

A Little Earth In My Room

This earthing mat is easy to use: plug and sit/stand on it. It's not super thick, but durable. I've been using it for 30 minutes when I wake and 30 minutes before bedtime to free my body of EMFs. I use electronics daily. I want to be outside grounding in natural earth more often but this is a great alternative and or addition. While nothing compares to real mother earth, I have noticed improvement in my mood, sleep, and overall productivity. Very creative, doesn't take much space and effective.

Nice to stand on

I haven't researched the science behind these grounding mats to have any kind of expertise or informed opinion about whether or not they work. There's been no significant change to my health after I started standing on the mat daily, but I can say that it's nice to stand on (feels cool and comfortable) and the act of being intentional about doing something - even though it's passive - that could improve my health actually makes me feel better.
