Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 24 hours.

Shipping rates and the delivery estimated
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery time: 3-8 business days
 

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes
 Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages
Our store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do ship internationally to most countries.

RETURN

98% of people love their &Balanced Products, but just in case...

We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return. You assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@andbalance.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What information do I need to provide when returning the products?

Please take a photo or a short video of the defect or issue with the product and send it to our customer service department to request a replacement, refund or request a return label.

Do I  need to return all unopened & opened box/es?

Yes, you would need to return all unopened or opened boxes.

Do I  need to contact you before I receive an RMA number?

Yes, you would need to contact US, so we can provide the return label that you can use to return the product. Once received, we are more than happy to process a full refund for you.  You can send us an email at hello@andbalanced.com or call us at +1 866-471-0474.

Is there anything that would prevent me from receiving a refund?

If you requested way over the 180 days guarantee, we will not be able to process the return for refund for you. Please refer to the policy above.
